REMBRANDT, RUBENS AND VERMEER : TRIP TO ANTWERP AND AMSTERDAM

Belgium and Netherlands. 26 persons.

On the eve of the highly anticipated Vermeer exhibition at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam and the reopening of the Museum of Fine Arts in Antwerp, Arts up organised three exceptional days in Belgium and the Netherlands.

The trip started with a visit to the city of Antwerp: the group visited the Museum of Fine Arts (with its Rubens room), and the Reede Museum, where the group had the great privilege of being received by the director and visiting the museum on their own.

In the evening, they took the Thalys to Amsterdam, where they were welcomed by the friends of the Rijksmuseum, and admired the famous Vermeer exhibition under the guidance of a tour guide, once again in private. The next day, they visited the permanent collections of the Rijksmuseum, and returned to Paris by train in the early evening.
