Spice Up expands

Summer is now firmly on its way out and we hope you’re all feeling suitably re-charged. It’s been a busy few months for Spice Up. Recent achievements include a unique 8-day long event in Paris around the rebranding of Accor Services to EDENRED, and upcoming events such as :

 the APMGO (Fédération Française du Bâtiment) annual event where 200 delegates will meet in the heart of the French Riviera ;

 FIDEP (Forum International du Développement de la Pharmacie) in Monaco where Novartis and nearly 800 other pharmaceutical companies gather during a three-day convention in a spectacular setting ;

 a seminar pre-TFWA (Tax Free World Association) World Exhibition in Cannes during which the luxury brand Guerlain will treat thirty of its top sellers globally to a few days of indulgence and relaxation ;

 the Mondial Coiffure Beauté & Hair World in Paris where Spice Up will assist l’Oréal by looking after more than 1000 visitors during this large annual hairdressing and beauty event.

Business is steadily picking up and in order to anticipate and meet the demands of the English-speaking market, we are expanding and positioning ourselves competitively in several ways.

Part of this growth programme will see the opening our third Spice Up office - after Paris and Antibes - Spice Up Events, this time in Cannes. This is an important strategic step in our development as it will enable us to offer dedicated destination management services and focus on the city’s many high profile events (Cannes Festival, Mip TV, Mipim, etc), offering our local knowledge to international clients and visitors.

Spice Up is also focusing on the acquisition of highly skilled key staff with strong international expertise. Spice Up is also increasing its dynamic Paris-based team with two exciting new roles. We are seeking a Sales Director with extensive agency background and a confident approach to new business coupled with strong contacts and relationships within the corporate market, and an experienced Project Manager with excellent relationship and organisational skills. These are rewarding and challenging roles with enormous potential for growth in a fun, dynamic and very stimulating professional environment where hard work is rewarded. Things are never still here at Spice Up and a few exciting international developments are definitely in the pipeline.
